Duration: 42.5 minutes
Now more than ever, organisations critical to our social fabric need support. Social Impact Hub, Westpac Foundation and Social Traders are collaborating to offer a series of webinars to help social enterprises through the COVID-19 crisis.
The second webinar in this series will focus on employee engagement. Do you have questions about keeping employees engaged, motivated and informed, given all that is going on right now?
Organisational coaches Elise Sernik and Sarit Vandegraaff from Leadership Space provide useful tips and techniques to help you manage and lead your people now and into the future. They’ll look at how your enterprise and people are being affected including working virtually, the impact of JobKeeper, and changes to the work that your people have to do. They also discuss how you coach team members effectively online.
