Her focus is to build and partner to solve customer problems by re-imagining banking and creating a financial service ecosystem that delights customers.

Prior to joining the Westpac Group, Kate was based in the UK where she successfully delivered the open data platform and social media engagement strategy for the UK government and then established her own innovation consultancy, Good Rebels. She is well versed in the challenges faced by businesses looking to survive and grow in a rapidly changing environment and is a strong advocate for accelerating innovation.
